I bought this one mostly for two reasons:
The pump handle since the last one I had with a squeeze pump ended up splitting eventually and because of the 9" length.
I'm already 8" without the pump so the one I had before I was pretty much maxing out on length before I even began pumping and with this I wouldn't have that problem.
So why don't I like it?
Well first off as people have mentioned, you have to cut off quite a bit of the insert to be able to fit comfortably. My girth is only slightly more than average yet it's still pretty tight with about 2.5" of the insert cut out.
Secondly and more importantly is the pump design. If you pump slowly, it lets air in every time you push it in so you can't build up good pressure and if you pump fast enough to overcome that, it only gets to a certain pressure and then doesn't build anymore for some reason.
It basically just quickly gets me to my normal erect size and then just keeps me there which kinda defeats the point. The strong suction of the pump is the main reason I like them in the first place. Not only for the feeling but also the pleasure of seeing your cock grow larger than it's normal proportions and this does neither well.
If I were you, I would spend my money on something a little better as I wish I had.

I'm positive it can't be beat for the price you pay. It does the job when your cock needs to be sucked. You might have to snip off a portion of the membrane to get your penis to enter more comfortably and I found that if you spray the rubber membrane with WD-40, or some lubricant, your penis slides through as though you were entering a pussy. It's great and the price is right!

Pretty much what the others have said. The pump works well, and the rubber thing needs to be cut, unless you are very small. The tubing seems pretty sturdy. The white "erection enhancer ring" is sized similarly to the rubber insert, so unless you're very small I wouldn't use it, it'll likely injure you it's so tight.
I'm not a big fan of the release valve either, you have to hold it down while withdrawing, and it releases pressure very slowly - maybe that's a plus for some folk but it wasn't what I expected.

Except for two problems, I like this Vacuum Pump. One problem is the very small penis ring, the
other is the very small black rubber opening at the base. Way too small for my stuff!!! I Had to cut the rubber opening to fit and buy correct size penis ring. The vacuum is strong enough to get the job done. Also the length of the cylinder (9 inches) is perfect for growth. It's a sturdy item with a good hand grip pump. A Tip...this product needs better instructions on how to use.

I got it about 3 days ago. Have used it 3-4 times. This thing is awesome. The pump is a little awkward shaped, but one can get used to it after 3-4 tries. The vacuum part is airlock, and i am talking about this thing really locks the air out. The only thing inside the cylinder is your **ck.
Superb performace, powerful suction, great strokes.
Just be careful, while cutting the sleeve to match your size. Do small cuts and then trial & err.
The only very very minor con is sleeve, a little hard, but if properly lubricated, works like a charm .
Great price, matched by great performance. I am satisfied.
